Jamie Peacock MBE
Jamie Peacock

Jamie Peacock is a current senior player at Leeds Rhinos and former England and Great Britain Rugby League Captain. Considered to be one of the best players of his generation, Jamie holds the world record for the most Grand Final wins with a total of 7, 4 with his current club Leeds Rhinos and 3 with his previous club Bradford Bulls. Jamie's achievements have been recognised by being awarded with an MBE in 2012.

Jamie has won numerous other team and individual awards domestically and internationally including three world club championships, the man of steel award and twice winning the award for ‘The International Forward of the Year'.

Jamie's drive and determination to succeed are widely recognised and his ability to motivate and inspire are second to none in the world of sport. Well documented within his autobiography No White Flag, it is this combination of attributes combined with his national pride that prompted Stuart Lancaster to invite him to give a motivational speech to the England Rugby Union team ahead of the 2012 six nations campaign. His keynote/motivational talk about how using skills in the areas of leadership, goal setting, self belief attitude and honesty enabled him to overcome a lack of natural ‘sporting talent' story is regularly delivered to the corporate world.

In 2012 Jamie retired from international duty following a hard fought victory over the Exiles to concentrate on adding to his impressive list of domestic honour with Leeds Rhinos. Jamie's opinion is valued throughout Rugby League by players, fans and clubs and he is active within the media through writing editorial to television appearances.
